Meet Dr. Kelsey Lessard, ND

Hi there, I’m thrilled you’re here! I’m passionate about supporting women in understanding their bodies, reconnecting with their health, and feeling truly well from the inside out. My approach focuses on uncovering the deeper roots of your symptoms and creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your lifestyle. Through evidence-based natural medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle care, I help women build balanced, resilient health through every season of life. Outside of work, I love to read, bake, experiment in the kitchen, and spend time outdoors and with my family.

Trained as a primary care physician, Dr. Kelsey provides comprehensive, whole-person care for many health concerns.

Her practice, however, is especially centered on women’s health, where she focuses on hormones, fertility, cycle health, pregnancy and postpartum wellness, and the deeper connections between the gut, immune system, and endocrine function.

    Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL.
    Dr. Kelsey graduated in 2025 as the Valedictorian of her class from this federally accredited naturopathic medical program. During her training, she completed extensive laboratory and clinical coursework, gaining hands-on experience in evidence-based natural and integrative medicine.

    Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University — Allendale, MI.
    Dr. Kelsey graduated in 2017 with a strong academic foundation in the biomedical sciences, preparing her for the rigors of medical school. During her time at GVSU, she not only excelled academically but also served her community as part of the Love Your Melon Campus Crew, engaging in meaningful volunteer and outreach activities.

  • Licensure

    Dr. Kelsey is in the final stages of becoming a licensed Naturopathic Doctor.
    She will complete her final board examination in February 2026, after which she will be fully licensed in the state of Minnesota. Wish her luck!

    Because the state of Michigan does not currently recognize licensed naturopathic doctors, Dr. Kelsey is still able to provide naturopathic care to Michigan residents while she finalizes her licensure process.
